501(c)(3) Status
The Bytes of Lyfe Foundation will be submitting its application for federal 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in January 2026.
During the pending review period, we are permitted to operate as a nonprofit organization and continue carrying out our mission.
Once approved, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to our official filing date, meaning any qualifying donations made after that date may be tax-deductible.
We will update this section immediately upon receiving our IRS determination letter.
